Marketplace rules Buy-accs.org on the guarantee of replacements and refunds, the procedure for considering requests.

We guarantee to send the goods in a text document within 1-5 minutes (there is an exception for goods with manual issuance) from the moment of payment, usually instantly. Or a refund if the goods could not be sent or are out of stock.

In case of purchasing a number of accounts that were not in stock (they were already purchased before you), then we make a refund to the internal balance of our service.

Links to text files with orders are stored in the store for no more than 1 month. Further links may not be available.

In case of prolonged use of purchased accounts, the client is obliged to change passwords for them and independently take care of their security.

Using accounts for spam is prohibited (any mailings). When purchasing any accounts for mailings, you do so at your own peril and risk.

Accounts tend to be blocked - keep this in mind, use them correctly and listen to our recommendations. Ignoring recommendations may result in the blocking of accounts (product) and deprive you of the guarantee for a replacement product.
- Valid goods (accounts/coupons/accesses) and so on - cannot be accepted back, accordingly a valid product cannot be exchanged or refunded. In some very rare exceptions, we can accept the goods back and return the funds if it is possible to change accesses from the account (or other technical data). In all other cases, a refund will be refused. We also want to warn you: changing access (passwords, logins, email, etc.) without notifying the administration of our service is a confirmation of a valid product. If after your actions the account/a similar product is blocked or ceases to be working (freezing, ban, blocking, deletion, etc.), then we can refuse replacement and refund. If you have problems logging into your account, first let us know. We recommend changing passwords on your accounts, if you are convinced that they work correctly, changing passwords is a guarantee that only you will have access.After purchasing a product, change the details on it (login/password/mail, etc.) to avoid accidental logins from third parties.

Use accounts immediately after purchase, do not leave them for later, the maximum guarantee for accounts is 24 hours. For some types of accounts, the guarantee is only 30 minutes (verification time). We recommend checking accounts immediately and if there are problems, notify us.

If you received a bad product or your accounts do not meet the stated requirements, we will consider your application for replacement of accounts or a refund. The period for reviewing applications for replacement of goods ranges from 10 minutes to 48 hours. In some cases, it can be increased. Upon completion of the review, we will issue a refund to the balance of your personal account and replace the product.

All requests for replacement/return/exchange of goods are considered on a first-come, first-served basis, the place in the queue depends on the time of application. To submit an application let us know your problem by email.

Refunds for an invalid order/service/ etc. are credited to your personal account balance; a personal account is created automatically when paying for any order in our marketplace. The login and password are sent immediately after placing an order/replenishment of your personal account balance. When you request to withdraw your personal account balance to your details, We withdraw funds from the balance of your personal account (to the SBP details by phone and bank number), by card number. The withdrawal fee is 3-5% of the withdrawal amount.

When submitting an application for a replacement/return or other requests are accepted only if the order number or payment number in our store is indicated correctly. Requests without specifying the necessary information to search for an order are not accepted, the time of the request will not be recorded by technical support. Indicate all the necessary information in one letter so that it is possible to find your order.K The application must include the order number (in text, not a screenshot), a list of invalid accounts, a screenshot of the problem, so that it is immediately clear what we are talking about. Additionally, you can attach a video of the purchase (if you filmed it), and a description of the problem.
Important : please note, we recommend contacting support via telegram, where you are guaranteed to receive a response and your letter will not end up in SPAM..

In some cases (product marked «video recording required») technical support may request a video of the purchase of a product in our store (continuous recording from the moment of purchase to logging into your account). Namely continuous. In case of refusal to provide video, a replacement product/return at the discretion of the administration.When recording a video of an account purchase, you need to record the moment of payment and the issuance of goods from the store, and then the subsequent attempt to log in. Copy only by right-clicking the mouse, i.e. videos where data was copied via CTRl+C are not accepted.
P.S There is no need to record a video after the purchase. You need to record the moment of payment, receipt of the goods/order and login to your account.

Any purchase on the site or replenishment of your personal account balance means full agreement with these rules. Also, when making a purchase /replenishing your balance, you agree to be responsible for the goods you receive.

Log in to 2 or more accounts without a proxy and from one device. You can use accounts without a proxy and from one device (different browsers are not different devices), but in this case we will refuse a replacement/refund.

Use your home static IP address, ipv6 proxies, public proxies, packet proxies, shared proxies. You are allowed to use only personal (aka individual ) ipv4 proxies and mobile proxies.

Use any paid or free VPN services. Any VPN service uses public IP addresses that are used by strangers.

Use device emulators, virtual machines, VDS and VPS servers. Any site can detect that you are not accessing it from a real device. This significantly reduces the trust of accounts and leads to them being blocked.

ServiceBuy-accs.org does not acceptfor sale and does not sell: passports (incl.international passports), SNILS, driver's licenses, SIM‑cards, as well as any otherofficial documents and identity cards(TIN, military ID, birth certificates/marriage/divorce/death, Residence permit/TRP, migration cards),banking and payment instruments(bank cards, accounts, access to online‑banking, electronic wallets),passes/badges/identifications(official, student, pension),medical documents(medical records, certificates, prescriptions),fake documents and “services” for their production,stolen databases /personal data, as well as any goods and services that violate the law (drugs, weapons/ammunition, explosives, etc.)., such items found in automatic mode are blocked and removed from sale.
The store provides information access services for buyers and suppliers, sorts according to the requested criteria and sells, (without bearing responsibility for the content of information), warning that in the event of destruction, blocking, modification, or copying of data, liability may arise. -
Packaging of goods (by categories, various filters), assignment of subcategories and tags for goods is carried out using AI (artificial intelligence) and may contain errors/inaccuracies.
The service also monitors the quality of assignment of categories/tags/subcategories by service employees 1-3 times a week in order to identify and block potentially prohibited goods for sale on the territory of the Russian Federation. Complaints about blocking of goods and suppliers are accepted about any identified cases to the email address danger@buy-accs.org indicating #Product ID, or a link to a prohibited product.
Address for receiving requests from government agencies (Ministry of Internal Affairs, FSB, Prosecutor's Office, Court of Justice, etc.) : danger@buy-accs.org . Response time to a request is no more than a couple of hours (usually faster), guaranteed response - 1 business day. The service carries out self-checking without interruptions or requests.
